The Regional Inventory Specialist is an integral part of the Supply Chain department at DispatchHealth. This position will support markets within their region to ensure our teams have inventory that is always available to them. This will include ordering, distributing, and troubleshooting inventory. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and extreme organization are necessary to do this job well.
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Operations, the Headquarters (HQ) Office Manager is responsible forDispatchHealth’s headquarters office located in Denver, CO, ensuring that the facility is efficient, safe and compliant for all team members and visitors. This individual works with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure that all maintenance and capital needs are fulfilled, the office maintains a professional and clean appearance, parking and seating arrangements are kept up to date, events are well coordinated, and deliveries and supplies are efficiently managed. This individual will be adept at managing relationships and multiple relationships at the same time, will be comfortable with change and tight deadlines and will work collaboratively across many departments to support smooth operations at DispatchHealth Headquarters.
Measures of success in this position include: minimal disruptions to operations, no supply shortages, adherence to budget and deadlines and maintaining a positive relationship with internal and external partners.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will prepare estimates, prepare journal entries for more complex calculations, review reconciliations, design and prepare reports, gain a deep understanding of the systems and applications we use for finance, ensure accuracy of our financial records, oversee audits, and help prepare policies and procedures. When we hire junior accountants, you will also be responsible for training new staff and monitoring their work for accuracy. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of professional accounting experience with a track record for providing accurate and efficient work. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, navigate software and systems easily and has a strong interest to help automate and enhance current processes.

Professional Portable X-Ray (PPX), a division of DispatchHealth, is looking for a full-time Billing & Reimbursement Specialist at the main PPX office in Burnsville, Minnesota. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks including insurance verification and eligibility, daily claims review and payment posting, invoice billing and collections, Medicare Part B claims and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications include ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, capability to work independently as well as collaboratively, as well as demonstrating a great attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred qualifications include insurance verification and coordination experience, knowledge of billing standards required by Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payers. Two to three years' experience in medical billing is preferred.
