When we hire junior accountants, you will also be responsible for training new staff and monitoring their work for accuracy. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of professional accounting experience with a track record for providing accurate and efficient work. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, navigate software and systems easily and has a strong interest to help automate and enhance current processes.   This is a full-time role; while the company is based in Denver, the role is remote.

Professional Portable X-Ray (PPX), a division of DispatchHealth, is looking for a full-time Billing & Reimbursement Specialist at the main PPX office in Burnsville, Minnesota. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks including insurance verification and eligibility, daily claims review and payment posting, invoice billing and collections, Medicare Part B claims and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications include ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, capability to work independently as well as collaboratively, as well as demonstrating a great attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred qualifications include insurance verification and coordination experience, knowledge of billing standards required by Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payers. Two to three years' experience in medical billing is preferred. *Must be willing to work on-site in Burnsville, MN*
