As a member of DispatchHealth’s Transition to Practice Fall 2023 Program Cohort, you’ll work alongside other program fellows across the country to put your skills from your Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant training and advanced degree into practice. You’ll gain experience in an intensive nine-month training and learning program to prepare you to see patients independently and enable you for success. You’ll work side by side in your market and connect with your cohort colleagues across the country. Additionally, you will be trained and mentored by Advanced Practice leaders from around the country.   Provide mobile, diagnostic echocardiographic scans for physician diagnosis utilizing portable echocardiography equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills. Echo exams may be performed in a variety of settings, including private residences, senior care facilities, short-term rehabilitation facilities, specialty clinics, and correctional facilities.  Eco technologist needs to be creative to position the patient's body to capture a clear image for the cardiologist to assess.  Additional experience in general vascular ultrasound procedures a plus.

$7500.00 BONUS    DispatchHealth is looking for a Lead Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider or APP) to join our growing clinical team in Steven's Point.      The Lead APP at DispatchHealth promotes the DisptachWay by providing clinical leadership to the APPs.  Through interviewing, hiring, training and ongoing performance management, the Lead APP will drive safe, high-quality care resulting in improved patient outcomes.  The Lead APP will work collaboratively with the Market Manager (MM) and the Regional Medical Director and cross functionally with Central Services teams, to enhance the patient, provider and partner experience.       This position is a combined role including patient facing clinical shift and administrative duties. Proportion of clinical and administrative time commitment predicated on several factors, including size (number of cars) of market, number of offices etc.The performance of clinical services during scheduled shifts as an APP is an essential requirement for the Lead APP’s duties in their assigned market.   Specifics for assigned area will be discussed during the interview process.
