DispatchHealth is looking for a National DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT)Clinical Training Specialist to join our growing team.   The National DHMT Clinical Training Specialist at DispatchHealth should be an experienced DHMT who is interested in professional growth. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Education and will collaborate with Operations.   The time requirements would be 20 hours a week admin, 20 hours a week clinical. (.5 to 1.0 FTE).

The Senior Manager of Provider Marketing will collaborate with business leaders to develop marketing programs that drive successful outcomes for our payer, health system, and provider group partners. This person will drive the marketing strategy to healthcare professionals, enable durable integrations to support our strategic partnerships, and execute targeted omni-channel marketing programs. He/she must have a deep understanding of marketing to provider groups, proven ability to cultivate positive partner relationships, and a track record of project management across business and marketing teams. As a subject matter expert on providers, this person will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy, research, and content to reach healthcare professionals where, when, and how they are most likely to engage–resulting in an increase in awareness for DispatchHealth, patient activation, care requests through our digital platform, and overall NPS. 

The Operations Attorney Generalist will support operational and contractual matters associated with the operation of the innovative in-home care models of DispatchHealth and related companies in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. As a generalist working within a health care and technology company, the Operations Attorney Generalist will assist in addressing OGC’s support of numerous company activities, including vendor and commercial contracting, human resource matters, dispute resolution, transactions, due diligence and other operational matters with existing and new entities and services.

The Entities and Licensing Paralegal will support a multi-member legal department by assisting with (a) corporate entity management and recordkeeping, (b) entity licensing and (c) document review and data base management functions within OGC to support Company operations.  

Reporting to the Director of Business Process Optimization, the Manager of Education and Quality Control will ensure anempathy-led, efficient patientonboarding experience by aligning all aspects of Education and ongoing Quality Controls to the Access Center’soperational standards.This position will bring expertise to the department on education and quality monitoring best practice to create effective and engaging programs, some of which will be delivered to remote working employees.  

The Manager Value Analysis is an integral part of the Supply Chain department at DispatchHealth. The Manager Value Analysis will implement continuous improvement and value analysis processes that lead to quality, cost and service improvements to supply chain operations. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing process controls, clinical value and utilization analysis, evidence-base medicine, vendor diversity, portfolio and cost containment. It will be the Manager Value Analysis’s responsibility to take a continuous improvement approach to ensure supply operations and procurement are aligned with the Supply Chain strategy. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and extreme organization are necessary to do this job well.

Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Loyalty will be a data-driven marketing leader with experience in B2C and B2B demand generation through loyalty and retention campaigns. This leader will have a deep background in digital marketing and will manage some traditional marketing campaigns. This position will play a key role in the development of our demand generation strategy for past patients and current partners. This role will work to expand our patient/provider loyalty campaigns and participate in developing a predictable model for demand creation as we expand our geographic footprint. 

Provides consulting and specialized expertise to support the administration, development, design, and implementation of benefit programs, practices, and policies to meet the changing needs of the organization. Monitors benefit trends and stays abreast of applicable benefits legislation. Provides benefit plan interpretation, guidance, training, and counsel to employees. Develops best practice recommendations to maintain competitive health and wellness and retirement programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Supports the delivery and communication of benefit programs. Manages service providers, programs, and projects. Compiles and reports data related to employee health and wellness and retirement plans. Works as a part of the Total Rewards Team in Human Resources partnering closely with Payroll team.

This Vendor Management Associate works with the Vendor Manager in support of the relationship and performance of the Access Center’s Vendor(s). The role maintains the day-to-day activities associated with managing the Vendor(s).

An energetic and experienced Payer Enrollment Specialist to process high volumes of payer enrollment tasks and dashboard transactionsThe Payer Enrollment Specialist position will be responsible for supporting the RCM Team by identifying, initiating, monitoring, and maintaining enrollment requirements set forth by payers, payer intermediaries, and clearinghouses regarding electronic remittance advice (ERA), electronic funds transfers (EFT), and payer portal access. You create monthly reports for relevant stakeholders and management, observing all relevant regulations.  

The Risk Manager and Privacy Specialist is responsible for directing workers’ compensation and driver- related risk management and supporting the Company’s Privacy Officer and program.  Risk management focus areas are training, such as safety and accident prevention programs, and to create, update and roll-out risk management protocols and policies to keep employees informed. This position must ensure that all local, state and federal laws and regulations are followed.  Priority items include Policy & Regulatory Compliance, Post-Accident Management, Accident and Workers’ Compensation Claims Review and Assessment, Driver/Safety Training & Performance, and overall safety initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and program cost reduction.  Privacy-related focus areas include assisting in privacy work plan development, implementation and on-going administration.  

The Health Care Regulatory Attorney will be part of a multi-attorney legal department, focusing on health care legal and regulatory compliance research and guidance to support DispatchHealth’s operations throughout the United States.  The Health Care Regulatory Attorney will research, synthesize, document and apply the application of numerous federal and state laws to DispatchHealth’s innovative in-home clinical service model, strategic relationships, systems/technology and operations. It is anticipated that the Health Care Regulatory Attorney will work with a wide range of laws and rules relating to licensure, scope of practice and delegation, fraud and abuse, health care enrollment, reimbursement, peer review and quality, privacy, clinical laboratory, pharmacy, insurance, OSHA, corporate and others.

Dynamic Mobile Imaging (DMI) is looking for Workflow Coordinators for the main office in Richmond, Virginia. Dynamic Mobile Imaging (DMI) is a mobile diagnostic imaging service division of DispatchHealth, the leading provider of in-home medical care in the United States. DMI provides advanced digital imaging services to patients in private residences, senior living communities and a variety of other community care settings throughout the country.

This role will focus on capacity and demand forecasting and matching activities associated with DispatchHealth markets, leveraging the most advanced modeling techniques, while incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from growth, marketing, finance, and market operations teams.   Specifically, this includes intraday modeling, short-term and long-term capacity/demand modeling, and mitigation of business seasonality, utilizing machine learning models that inform those decisions balancing supply and demand. The forecasting and data analysis performed in these areas amount to the decision-making processes that informs how we hire, manage staff, and control market operating costs so that we see the right patients, at the right time, with the right providers, and with the right level of care. This process is central to our driving industry-leading medical cost savings, amazing clinical outcomes, and an incredible patient and provider experience. As such, this role will have tremendous impact and influence.   This position will also be responsible for managing other Data Analysts and Data Scientists to produce impacts in the areas of forecasting, market operations, and general business operations. The development of actionable reporting and business explainability via data analytics is critical to driving operational improvements, as well as moving the needle on key performance indicators and company initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with our tech organization in order to make use of and build upon our existing data platform and to tailor our forecasts and related model outputs for use in a range of automated, production-level products and systems.

The Accounts Payable Manager will be owning an Accounts Payable process and manage a team of two. In addition, this position will also be responsible for reviewing and improving AP related processes and work on implementation of new processes, AP and vendor reconciliations, working with the Accounting team on AP impact on financial statements, and assisting with the month-end close procedures. This position will report to the Accounting Manager. This will be a hybrid role and must be able to go to the office 2-4 times per month.
