DispatchHealth is seeking a Regional Director of Health System Partnerships who will support a portfolio of health system partners. This position serves as the primary relationship manager with health system executives and will be responsible for helping to shape and lead partnership strategy, value creation and delivery, and partner success and retention. In addition, the individual will have responsibility for ensuring that health system partners continue to expand and renew their relationships with the company over time. The Director of will be a key individual contributor and team collaborator across the DispatchHealth account teams.
Provide leadership and guidance to off-shore RCM teams and internal teams, reviewing processes and providing recommendations for improvement of operations working towards streamlined operational goals to meet or exceed national AR KPI benchmarks. Help support project work for all functions with offshore and Internal and ensure they are held to timely completion guidelines. Ensure that offshore partners, maintain or exceed team productivity and quality standards. Work with RCM leaders to address financial impact of upstream revenue cycle errors causing denials and provide data and implement effective processes to correct actions.
*Must have experience with Imaging Revenue Cycle Management!*
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), Controller will work closely and productively with the CFO and executive management to influence, refine and implement strategy.
She/He will be responsible for leading and building the accounting operations, financial reporting, financial systems, SOX compliance and shared services; ensuring the integrity of the Company's financial data and reporting; enforcing the corporate accounting policies and procedures with GAAP and SEC requirements; driving continuous improvement and development of the financial staff and processes; and, teaming with the CFO and other senior team members to continually evaluate and provide strategic insights into the company’s business performance.
By working collaboratively with the business leaders, the Controller, along with his/her team, will ensure appropriate accounting, financial reporting, and a sound internal control environment, while providing critical accountability and guidance for operational finance leadership across the organization.
