DispatchHealth seeks a dynamic leader to join an innovative and rapidly growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one market containing three cars. This includes managing staff, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. They will also be responsible for maintaining medical equipment, ordering supplies, and implementing policies and procedures. Direct reports include DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) in assigned area.

Depending on the market you may also utilize EKGs, Holter Monitors, and Pacemaker Checks. The DispatchHealth Medical Technician II (DHMT-II) supports patient care by assisting with physical exam, point of care testing, treatments and data gathering.  The DHMT II works at the direction of a virtual DispatchHealth Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) while being present with patients in their homes.  Strong organizational and customer service skills are keys to success as the DHMT-II. We are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus!   DispatchHealth is looking for a Lead Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider or APP) to join our growing clinical team in Boston and Worcester, MA.   Must be based in either Worcester or Boston and be comfortable with regular travel between the two locations.     The Lead APP at DispatchHealth promotes the DisptachWay by providing clinical leadership to the APPs.  Through interviewing, hiring, training and ongoing performance management, the Lead APP will drive safe, high-quality care resulting in improved patient outcomes.  The Lead APP will work collaboratively with the Market Manager (MM) and the Regional Medical Director and cross functionally with Central Services teams, to enhance the patient, provider and partner experience.       This position is a combined role including patient facing clinical shift and administrative duties. Proportion of clinical and administrative time commitment predicated on several factors, including size (number of cars) of market, number of offices etc.The performance of clinical services during scheduled shifts as an APP is an essential requirement for the Lead APP’s duties in their assigned market.   Specifics for assigned area will be discussed during the interview process.
