DispatchHealth is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Market Supervisor for the Denver market. This position offers the candidate both operational, team development and market growth opportunities. The Market Supervisor is supervised and mentored by the Market Manager.  Applicants must be in the Denver area for this position. 

What You'll Do

  • This position collaborates with market leaders and all lines of business to help support market operations and growth initiatives. You will work very closely with the Lead DHMT and Logistics Clerk in a dyad relationship. 
  • This role will provide support to the Market Manager, as well as back-up assistance to the Lab Quality Coordinator and Logistics Clerk when necessary. 
  • Working with your dyad partners and with others, the Market Supervisor takes charge of almost all administrative and organizational back-office functions within the Denver locations. These duties include but are not limited to: 
  • Office Supply Ordering 
  • OSHA Compliance 
  • PHI Scanning 
  • Timecard/expense approval 
  • Performance Management/Reviews 
  • Assist with the recruiting/interview process for DHMTs 
  • Ride along scheduling 
  • Parking pass and badge distribution 
  • The Market Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for the property management of each location.  

What You Need

  • A High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's license  
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
